What is this Apprentice Program?
The LunarTech UI/UX Design Apprentice Program is a structured, immersive learning experience designed for aspiring product designers who want to build meaningful, real-world digital products in AI-driven environments.
This is not a classroom simulation. Apprentices contribute directly to live platforms and applications developed across LunarTech’s ecosystem — including AI-powered education systems through LunarTech Academy and industry-focused solutions developed by LunarTech Labs in sectors such as healthcare, construction, energy, and telecommunications.
You will work alongside product managers, engineers, and senior designers to transform complex workflows into intuitive, human-centered experiences. The program integrates structured AI and science education with real product execution — with a strong emphasis on AI insights, AI-driven personalization, and understanding how artificial intelligence shapes modern user experience design.
This apprenticeship is designed to shape future product designers who understand not only interface design, but also how AI systems influence behavior, learning, decision-making, and product strategy.

Program Duration & Conditions
- Location: Armenia (Hybrid)
- Duration: 6 or 12 months (depending on candidate background and experience level)
- Compensation: Unpaid apprenticeship
- Includes: LunarTech Academy Scholarship + structured mentorship
- Language Requirement: Minimum B1 English proficiency (international team across multiple nationalities and continents)
- Eligibility: Recent graduates or final-year students in Design or related fields

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for LunarTech platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to simplify complex workflows
- Contribute to scalable design systems and reusable UI components
- Participate in usability testing, feedback sessions, and iteration cycles
- Help maintain visual consistency and strengthen product identity
- Contribute to real product sprints and design reviews
- Apply structured AI insights from LunarTech Academy to improve product usability and intelligence
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Background in Design or related field (coursework, degree, or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated UI/UX experience through academic, freelance, or personal projects
- Proven experience using Figma (must have completed multiple projects in Figma)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, and wireframing
- Innovative, outside-the-box thinker with strong visual communication skills
- Ability to clearly present and defend design decisions
- Strong self-organization and proactive mindset
- Minimum B1 level English proficiency (required for international collaboration)
- Eagerness to grow in an AI-focused, product-driven environment
