What is this Apprentice Program?
The LunarTech Frontend Engineering Apprentice Program is a structured, hands-on learning experience designed for aspiring frontend developers who want to build high-performance, scalable interfaces for AI-driven platforms and enterprise applications.
This program combines applied engineering practice with structured education through LunarTech Academy, while contributing directly to real-world products developed across LunarTech’s ecosystem. Apprentices work on live platforms, including AI-powered education systems, enterprise software, healthcare applications, and industry solutions developed through LunarTech Labs.
You will collaborate with designers, backend engineers, AI engineers, and product managers to implement responsive, scalable, and performance-optimized user interfaces. The program emphasizes clean architecture, maintainable code, system thinking, and frontend performance in AI-integrated products.
This apprenticeship is designed to develop frontend engineers who understand not just how to build interfaces — but how to build interfaces that operate within intelligent, data-driven systems.

Program Duration & Conditions
- Location: Armenia (Remote/Hybrid collaboration model)
- Duration: 6 or 12 months (depending on candidate background and experience level)
- Compensation: Unpaid apprenticeship
- Includes: LunarTech Academy Scholarship + structured mentorship
- Language Requirement: Minimum B1 English proficiency (international team across multiple nationalities and continents)
- Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science or related field

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize responsive user interfaces for LunarTech platforms
- Implement scalable component-based architectures using modern frameworks
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to translate designs into production-ready code
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
- Write clean, modular, maintainable code following engineering best practices
- Debug, test, and continuously improve frontend performance
- Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and code reviews
- Contribute to maintaining consistency across design systems and frontend standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with at least one modern framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of component-based architecture and frontend state management
- Interest in building interfaces for AI-driven systems and data-powered applications
- Minimum B1 level English proficiency (required for international collaboration)
- Self-driven, structured mindset with a strong desire to grow
